Standard maintains a simple, no-hassle return policy. Except as noted below, Standard will promptly accept returns with full credit of all returnable office products it delivered to customers within up to 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all packaging material, literature etc. included.
Package must bear no markings not present at delivery.
Certain items are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons. They are food, drinks, medicines and other ingestible items. These items are marked as unreturnable in our catalogs. Additionally, Special Order items – those not a regular item in our catalog offering and ordered at customer’s request – are not returnable.
Quick Ship furniture items selected from our catalog and sourced from our wholesaler may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging.
All other furniture, ordered from our manufacturers or distributors are not returnable, except for damage, defect, or our error.
To return an item, complete the form below or call our Customer Care team for return authorization. We will respond promptly to pick up the returned item, inspect it and extend credit.
NOTE: Shortages, damage, or other errors with an order must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
